Camden Homes is a fast-growing single family asset management company that performs its own construction, property management, and financing. We are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our field sales team. In this role you will report to the Sales Director and manage the field sales department and oversee sales operations to ensure the attainment of established company sales objectives. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage field sales department
  • Recruit, hire, train manage and motivate field sales team to accomplish sales goals
  • Manage sales programs to ensure achievement of company sales goals
  • Manage work schedules and daily activities of department, identify problem areas and direct corrective actions
  • Provide ongoing coaching through leadership, encouragement, and constructive feedback
  • Clearly define sales goals and expectations for department
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure sales department is providing exceptional customer service
  • Understand and communicate information regarding company products, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of construction and real estate industries
  • Actively works to promote and recognize performance
  • Creates and updates accurate sales reports as required
  • Conducts strategic sales meetings and training sessions
  • Uphold company core values and enforce company policies at all times
  • Work closely and effectively with other departments and managers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management


  • Minimum 4+ years experience in managing and training a sales team
  • Fluency in Spanish, proper written and spoken language skills, required
  • Bachelor's degree, required (8+ years experience in lieu of degree)
  • Active real estate license, required
  • Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday
  • Must be able and willing to travel and work throughout the DFW area
  • Top producing sales professional with a track record of success
  • Proven leadership and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to grow sales teams through coaching and productive feedback
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
